I am a Conference Host, providing a service to any company event, requiring a Master of Ceremonies, or Chairman, to ensure the smooth and professional running of the day.
This can be anything from a major product launch to many hundreds of delegates, or presenting a new idea on behalf of a company to a board of directors
My duties would include;- Principle timekeeper
- Opening the conference, making the audience feel at home and comfortable
- Introducing the main speakers
- Linking each speaker with a short relevant summary
- Managing questions, either as they come or chairing a session at the end of the event
- Closing the event with an overall summary if appropriate
The idea is not to be the 'star of the show' but to facilitate the smooth and seamless running of the event so it becomes a memorable one (for the right reasons!) in the eyes of the delegates.
Using my business and hospitality experience gained over many years, I can deliver an entertaining after dinner speech tailored to the needs of the particular client. I can draw on many years of corporate hospitality and liaising with The England Cricket team and Manchester Utd.
